BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

Windows 7 Compatibility Mode IS NOT the solution for this problem. 

Still having the problem.

This is quite strange...  only AMD/ATI GPU systems have these problems?!

System Specs:

AMD Phenom 2 X4 965BE @ 3.7 GHz

8GB Corsair

Radeon 6950 2GB
