No mem leak on Vista 64 using OLD drivers (April); AMD no longer supports Vista. However, there are video issues and random CTD.
I've tried every combination I can think of for Win 8.1, eventually the mem leak occurs or CTD. In any case, the game is not an enjoyable experience at this time.
Is there ANYONE that can play the game without CTD and mem leak? If so, how long can you play and what is your system spec?

It doesn't seem to be a problem only on 6xxx video cards like many were saying.
Since I set bf4.exe in compatibility mode for win 7 I have not had ANY leaking memory (about 8 hours of playing). On rare occasions I CTD and the server goes down almost every 64p game.

I have this problem too. Even when I exit the game I get 94-99% memory usage on 8GB RAM and have to restart as there is nothing left in my task manager to kill.

Try this solution guys.
In origin game properties, set game launch option to x86. In your bf4 game folder, set bf4x86.exe to windows 7 compatibility mode if you run windows 8/8.1.
So far played the game longest without seeing any memory leak.
