BF4 PC XP Boosts not active?

Not active for me yet despite updates. 😞

Boosts have now been fixed by DICE/EA.

Please tell me how to activate XP Boost on PC

To activate a XP Boost, please join the server and when the game will be loaded press "ESC" key to open Game Menu, in the lower right corner you will see a button to select and activate the XP boost. Here is an example:
