BF4 Premium Code Used, Cant Reach EA Chat

I have purchased Battlefield 4 Premium via Instant Gaming and was

given a code. When I tried to activate it it says the code has been taken.

After contacting Instant Gaming they said I need to get the info from

EA/Origin when the code was first redeemed so they can check this

and give me a new code.

I have tried to contact EA/Origin for the last seven days through both

US/UK sites, used Safari, Explorer, Firefox, Chrome (dont have adblock,

and deactivated the pop up blockers and extensions) The EA live chat just says

to wait, and after 30 minutes or an hour I get the message the session timed out

or that there are no advisor available. I cant imagine that for a whole week I could

not find an available advisor (tried to contact at both day and night)

Can anyone please help me resolve the issue, I cant seem to find EA/Origin email

and the callback option is not available for Serbia where I am residing.

Thanks in advance,

Vuk

  • You must have something blocking the live chat. Do you have another device / computer on which to try?

  • I tried both my PC and Mac computers, and also tried to connect from

my friends computer when I visited him. In all cases the same scenario!

And just to be sure, you've tried contacting them like this?

You will have to go to:

    http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
    First, select the game:

    Then select your platform:

Now select and describe your problem (or as close as you can get):

You will now get shown the most optimal way to contact EA with your given problem:

The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top right corner:

Changing the above language to United States or similar countries with large support departments can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

If the ways to contact EA or the live chat or similar does not appear try another browser, disabling browser addons/extensions or internet security applications which might be blocking it, clearing the browser cache and temporary files or try it in a private browser tab.

I hope this guide helps you properly contact a EA representative.

  • Thanks for the effort! Yes this is how I tried to contact the support,

also tried the chat option in at least 3-4 different countries just to make sure.

    Up to now no luck!

Any other suggestions/ideas would be appreciated!

I suppose email is no longer possible as means of contact as I could not find any

    after hours of searching...

The only reason I can think of is your internet / router is blocking it.

  • Is there any solution/workaround to this?

My internet connection is generally fine, and I don't experience any problems

with communicating, browsing, gaming...etc. (up to now)

Unless I get this info from EA Im stuck without my code/game.

To rule out your internet the easiest thing would be to use another internet connection, preferably with another Internet Service Provider.

  • Ok, I will try it someplace where I can get a connection

with another provider and report back when I test this!

  • OK, now I tried with two different providers. Still no luck.

The thing is, time estimate changes sometimes but at the

end it either times out or just spins forever.

Any other suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
