BF4 PREMIUM xbox360 doesn't work

Purchased premium for xbox 360, downloaded, worked for a while. Now when i start game and go into multiplayer, it indicates i have premium - says PREMIUM on my start screen, allows me to open Premium battlepacks and allows me to select the premium maps in the server filter. But as soon as a try to join a server that has premium maps it brings up a screen that looks like it wants me to purchase again. I click on premium and it takes me to a download page where i can "confirm" my purchase which it indicates as "free"...i assume it says that because I've already purchased. So i confirm and it begins to download a 108 kb file, so it only takes a few seconds. I get a message that says Battlefield 4 Premium downloaded. I go back to multiplayer, try to join a server with premium maps and it does the same thing over. What's going on??? Seems like i got ripped off.

    Try to delete Premium and redownload it from your download history. To make sure that no corrupt data is causing your issue, you should clear your cache at least 3 times:


    1) From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
    2) Select System Settings.
    3) Select Storage.
    4) Highlight Hard Drive Device.
    5) Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
    6) Reboot your console.
    7) Re-download the updates for the game.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Attempt #1 didn't make a difference. I'll try it over a couple times, but if it still doesn't change anything would you recommend that I delete Battlefield 4 completely, clear cache, reinstall from discs and then redownload Premium? That's a whole lotta game updates to dl as well...but if that's what it takes, I'll try it.

    Nope. Tried a couple more times, still won't let me in to any servers with maps from Premium package, like Altai Range, Op. Metro 2014, Pearl Market, etc. So what do I do here?

    You stated that it worked for a while, by that did you mean that you were able to play the expansion packs?  If not then go to the premium section of the BF4 in game store and download the expansion packs because premium only gives you access to download the maps but doesn't do them for you.  If you earlier had the expansions and redownloading the premium file didn't fix the problem redownload the expansions since they are sometimes corrupted during title udpates.
