BF4 PS4 trophies problem

I am playing the campaign on hard, and beat it, I collected all collectibles, found all weapons (I can choose any weapon I want from the ammo boxes throughout the campaign), and got gold on every mission. I've also done all three endings.  However, my ps4 somehow doesn't seem to think this is enough to unlock the "Above and Beyond the Call" and "Full Arsenal"  trophies. Any suggestions?
