So I've set up everything on battlefield on my xbox one bought premium which seems to decide when it wants to be there. I download second assault and after about 2 hours 99% of the way there it says installation stopped! Then I select the item nd I get the message "sorry we will not be able to install this check the xbox store to see if similar game or app is available. 0x87de2717" so I figured okay reboot. Didn't work then I'm thinking re-download and reboot didn't work someone ideas please my xbox one will be back on the store shelf if all these problems persist

If you go to the window where the failed download is sitting, hit the start button and retry download. Mine restarted at 100% and then finished successfully.

Same thing happened to me I just highlighted it and pushed the options button (start) and clicked try again or install again or something like that I can't remember. It worked though but all my servers are empty for those maps so I dont know what's going on with that.

I have been doing this for two days now I even reset the xbox one to factory settings downloaded it all again gets to 100% and then it states download stopped with the error 0x87de2717 any help would be great thanks

Howdy people I tried changing my settings to the UK and re downloaded it and it worked not sure if it was just a coincidence but worth a shot

I just fixed it by unplugging the power cable from the xbox for 30 second and plugging it back in. after the reboot the DLC worked.

I fixed mine,
hit start button and try installing again. started at 100% and finished Immidiatly

i ahd to try it twice, first time came up witht he same error, 2nd time worked..

I was having the same problem where i would click on install from the BF4 store menu and would get an error message that it couldn't install. I ended up going to the Microsoft store and searching for it. When i found it i clicked install from that screen and it installed just fine. Hopefully that works for some!

[FIXED] I had the same problem but I learned how to fix it! I started up Battlefield then went to the store me he within the game. When I clicked on the dlc that I redeemed it finished the download and installed!
