BF4 server names only appear as number on both xbox 360 and xbox one

Question

So I've i had this problem for over 1 month and a half where I cannot see the servers names because they appear as numbers and it will also not let my see the Clan tags or my own. this happens on both the 360 and xbox one, i dont know if its my account or its a bug from the game, I need help solving this problem.

I've had that problem since release on my main Gold Premium account. I have a second account I started and the names and clan tag appear like they should.

Yeah, I have a second account and on that one everything is normal, I'm able to see clan tags and server names. So it's probably our accounts that have an issue but idk.
