BF6: Recon Specialists 2

Please for all that is holy… fix recon specialist 2 - Laser designate targets that sustain damage as recon… this is broken!! 
I have literally sat there with my laser designator constantly marking them, watching them blow up right in front of me… still no progress in this category! So freaking frustrating and annoying! Please fix this
