Spawning needs to be reworked in order to stop people from just all appearing at once, and then overwhelming what was a winning situation. It should be limited to home base, captured flags, beacons, and maybe on the Squad leaders. Everyone just being able to spawn on any of their squad mates, and all at once just doesn't work for balancing. Tickets should have a little more weight, and running in dying should be slightly more punishing than it currently is. Which it can be only because the current maps designs are pretty terrible, and running across big areas sucks.
