you: no i've been playin for a long time now
Annalyn: May I know if you have done some steps like rebooting or logging out and logging back in to the game?
you: tried all those even reset password and user details
Annalyn: May I know all the troubleshooting steps you have done prior to contacting us please?
you: login and out exit game and restart reboot login via orirgin and without origin
Annalyn: I found out that the server issue is still on-going, I am sorry about the inconvenience. The team is working hard on fixing this issue.
