This is inexcusable. This is only one of many issues. As a long time gamer. (pre asteroids and pacman) having invested thousands in hardware and software both in PC and consoles, I think I deserve the right to expect better, and communication is key to any successful relationship. The people in support are morons, at least those I have dealt with.
How hard is it to update their clients. A simple look folks we have had a ....... issue. we anticipate a resumption of service..... sorry for the inconvenience. Anything less is corporate arrogance.
