Black screen no icon in the game launcher - how many years and still an issue

Title says it all. Opening battle packs is dark. Like someone has turned the lights off and you can just make out the jimmybar / crowbar opening the chest. No Icon displayed on the weapon and gadget...

Just letting you know that I’ve had the same issue for over 12 months now. I finally got my ticket escalated after painstakingly following every troubleshooting step that EA support had asked me to follow. I’ve been told that the escalated team will be looking into this but was given no ETA on resolution. If it ever gets fixed I will reply here.
