Bought Battlefield 3 Premium and the Battlefield 3 Ultimate Shortcut Bundle

Hey so I bought the Battlefield 3 Premium and Ultimate Shortcut Bundle to start playing on PC with friends its been 2 hours and they're not showing in My Games I've googled it and done everything suggested to do by Origins and they still won't show it's starting to slowly annoy me and get under my skin. I just want the games to show up so I can install them...

    Hi. If i've put the wrong home address in on the payment page will it not go through because I think I've put the wrong address in.

    OP keep checking back.  Often times if you pay with a credit card it takes a few hours to a few days for the payment verfication (it's an anti-fraud thing with many banks) to be sent, verified, and returned to Origin to release your order.  If you don't receive Premium in a few days I recommend speaking with a Game Advisor who can look at your account and purchase: EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    Just a word about the ultimate unlock kit to clear up any potential question before they develop. The Ultimate Unlock kit only unlocks the following items http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield3/1/kit-shortcuts - basically it's class based progression weapons and gadgets and progression based vehicle unlocks (for the base game vehicles and not vehicles like the Tank Destroyer from expansions) and the COOP weapons.  The Ultimate Unlock kit does not unlock any attachments for the weapons, rank based weapons, or assignment based weapons or assignment based vehicle unlocks. All of these you have to earn via getting kills with each weapon for by earning ranks and completing assignments.  The new Armored Kill vehicles and Aftermath Crossbow, or End Game 1911 S-TAC are also not covered by the Ultimate Unlock Kit since the kit was released long before that expansion was released.  If you've played BF3 for any significant amount of time it is possible that you've already unlocked most of what is covered by the ultimate unlock shortcut kit.

    I bought this for my PS3 with Premium Edition

    EA knows just by the way the Ultimate Bundle is written anyone would assume its an unlock for everything for $39.99

    This is just bait and switch tactics using small print verbiage to disclose what your really getting in this ultimate bundle

    I own PS3 and Xbox 360  I already pre ordered PS4 and Xbox One 

    I will not be ordering Battlefield 4 just because of the way EA or Origin? miss led me

    I would like to add

    I Own Every Madden and Many EA games. I doubt I will buy any EA games again.

    I know I am just one little piece of sand on the beach compared to your corporation

     But when you see online how many complaint posts on this subject there are.

    EA better watch out for the consumers best interests.
