Bought Battlefield 3 Premium Edition on Origin?
I bought the digital copy of the game and am currently downloading limited edition? What happened?

As Battlefield Premium Edition is a package of BF3 and already released and future Expansions, there is no special installation of this version.
Please check if you have access to Maps like Close Quarters and Armored Kill after your installation.
