Bought BF3 on EA App after refunding it on Steam, not appearing in library now?

I refunded BF3 after trying to figure out why it wasnt launching for like an hour, i figured it was probably some bug with it being on Steam, so i refunded it on there so I could buy it on the EA App...

    So, I eventually figured out the problem, and that was that I bought Battlefield 3 Premium instead of the Premium Edition of the game, which is **bleep**ing annoying, cus I had to buy the $2 base game just to use the content i bought. But im now having the issue of apparently they had a error processing my payment so they **bleep**ing removed it from my account, : D
