Bought BF3 PE at store. Doesnt show up as PE on Origin

Also it wont let me get any of the expansions, and battlelog says  it isnt premium

EA is aware of the problem but is taking our money anyway. FIX THIS NOW dont BE AWARE. f*ck this. EA just lost a buyer for future games and im telling this to ppl so they don't make the same mistake

So..The EA  site still says no one is available to take my questions, and I'm a little confused how this happened. The game has been out 3 months, and I know I'm not the only person this has happened to.

Hello slowblindsage, it's only a minor issue due to the fact that the Premium edition(Released a week ago) codes were generated wrongfully, but ALL customers that contacted the EA customer support got their full product within seconds.

Thats what I have been told...I bought the game on Sunday and have been trying to contact customer support since then only it says no one is available...Do I just keep waiting, and randomly checking?

Try to ask for refund or change the game, there is nothing else you can do...
