K it seems that the Premium content is not installed.
Open/run the Origin client and right click the Battlefield 3 Limited Edition title.
Do you see a download and/or resume download option?

No, there are just the options as update, play, deinstall, repair....
Please select the Update option.

Click this link https://help.ea.com/contact-us?product=battlefield-3 and select Billing/Purchasing from Category then select Platform.
You should see a button at the bottom of the page called LIVE CHAT.
If you live within the US/Canada you will have an option to CALL.
