brand new input lag?

got the game a couple of weeks ago, everything was fine until a couple of days ago (right after you guys updated). now every few seconds (five or so) i get a short blast of input lag on my mouse as well as the keyboard. i'll suddenly swing way past where i was aiming because of the momentary "freezing" of my movement. also things like getting locked into one direction of movement, etc. completely ruining my game experience right now in an enviroment this fast paced.

i'm running on windows 7 64 bit with an i5 and HD video card, i play on reccomended settings and get a good framerate and despite not changing literally ANYTHING, this issue has suddenly started happening nonstop. i get 60 fps, latency of .11 ms, and 0% packet loss in either direction, according to system performance test.

so far i've tried:

repairing the game files

disabling filter keys

lowering the display settings to minimum

installing brand new drivers and amd software

disabling / enabling raw mouse input

disabling surface format optimization on my amd software

closing / minimizing battlelog in the background / other programs

no ideas. anyone? can't play your game like this. again this has only been happening the last couple days, and i changed nothing else on my computer or in the game.
