bug on DX12 enable(PC, win10 , 64bit)

Summarize your bug when enable DX12, the FPS as well the game can't play comparing with DX11 in usage( playable), for an example, i have 60 FPS at DX11, but in DX12, FPS isn't stable, range from 20-4x., then the game can't play as the game is shaking so hugh

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just enable DX12 on Ryzen 2700x
