This bug is so annoying and all EA Help keep doing is referring me back to this page on Answers HQ! They don't seem to understand that no one has an answer and the they need to fix the issue!
From what I see the issue has been solved and the normal battlepack has been exchanged with an operation battlepack.

Confirmed, fixed. Thank you Dice! Although I was kinda getting used to the cheap battlepacks with their ever decreasingly small chance of awarding me one of the few 5% of skins I don't have yet (I think I got a random common SMLE skin I hadn't seen before, and because the SMLE hasn't been on the exchange in over two years now!)
