Buying Bf3 Premium On A PC?[FOR PS3]

I was wondering is there a place where I can buy BF3 online on a PC for my PS3 account??

I live in Ireland my account is American cuz I bought the game in America so I have 2 account (EUR/USA)

I bought it on my Irish account hoping it would work but it didn't, contacted EAI they said it was my fault........

So now I need to buy it on my USA account......I don't wna buy USA card from Ebay in case it doesn't work......

Can't use credit cards cuz of location...........[on ps3]

Is there any way I can buy online somewhere  & download a code with credit card where I'm also liable for a refund??
