Buying expansion with promotion code

Have you tried to buy the game via web version of Origin Store www.origin.com ? Also, I think you will need to contact EA support again for assistance with this.

I tried buying from both in app Origin and web Origin, both say same thing that code doesn't apply even though it says in terms and conditions it does.

@bigbossdaddyzHi, the codes can't be used on product released in the last 30 days. I'm not sure in this case if TSNP will count as being released on the 14th of March or the 28th, so the content should be eligible for purchase with the discount code on the 13th or 27th of April. 

I'll try to find out some more specific info and I'll update the thread if I can get anything. 

I'm trying to contact them about this but their chat button is greyed out along with the call me button as well.

I also had sum issues with EA but actually I was pleasantly surprised how helpful and quick  they resolved the issue, I communicated with them via chat. Just be clear what the issue is and what you want from them.
