    Hey @ReEpEReT,

    as @Its_Travis_199 mentioned, the dog tag was awarded to the players that did the assignment in June and will be awarded by July 31st to players who completed it in July.

    But if I see that correctly, you should have received it as of today. Could you launch the game again and check if you received it?

Hello OtiTheLwtHakanW7,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing.

Have you logged into your Battlefield 1 game on your designated platform and made sure the Dog Tag was there?

Sometimes if you check the Companion App on Mobile first, it does not sync with your account until you log into your account on your designated Platform.

Also, if you did log into the Game first, have you tried playing a couple rounds of Conquest to make sure your account synced up?

If none of these steps work, please allow another day or two for the Dog Tag to be distributed.

If you did the Community Mission, I'm more than positive it will show up for you.

To add to that:

Yes, you would have to log in to the game itself (PC or console, whichever applicable) for the tag to be triggered. If it still doesn't show up, you can always reach out to an EA Advisor for assistance.
