Campaign skins not unlocking

Hello

I have encountered a bug where I have 100% ed the campaign and yet none of the skills have unlocked for me. My net was wonky and barely any of the achievements have unlocked and not I cannot re pick up the manuals or complete the codex challenges. 

I have attempted to go through the final levels again to unlock them and watching the final credit roll. 

After contacting the advisor on live chat i was told this was a bug and that I should ask for help here.

    The main menu page should have a tracker which will mention your progress to 100%ing the game as featured in the image, which'll be a good way to tell whether or not the progress counted when you played through the camapign.

    Similarly, regarding the skins the best way to check that you have unlocked them is during an active game as they will not show up in your inventory in the main menu, there's currently a bug where joining an empty server will revert your loadout levels to one and lock any bonus content such as DLC weaponry, campaign skins or event skins such as for example: the 1911 Care Package From Home.

    One thing I've heard may work is to replay the missions but to just go through them as quickly as possible, avoiding all the unlockables / challenges.

    Yeah My campaign menu looks just like that.

    I have attempted to make a quick run through once more but I am unable to get any of the achievements to prox or have any of the skins reconsidered.

    Try to contact multiple advisers, some cant really do their jobs properly.
