Campaign Tashgar jump

Hello guys,

Now obviously I've been searching around for solutions before posting here. The only thing I could find was people not being able to make the jump to the ladder. Lucky I managed to do that, but then I hit something else.

After the ladder, you'll have to make another jump across some scaffolding. Now unfortunately I was a little bit too late with jumping, a Super-Mario'ed it.

Now the real problem occured after that. As I respawned, I respawned falling down and dying instantly. I tried to hit escape in order to select 'restart checkpoint', but it wouldn't allow me because I was stuck in that 'KIA cutscene'. I closed down BF4 with task manager and restarted it, because that usually brings you back to the last checkpoint.

Unfortunately, no luck. I spawned back in the endless loop of falling to my death.

How can I fix this? I'd rather not delete my save data, because I already came from quite far. I don't think that's possible either since Battlelog is a cloud save, not a file save on my computer. Anyone else who had this problem? If yes, could you tell me how you dealt with this?
