Campaign "Through Mud and Blood" keeps crashing during cutscenes [PC]

When playing the game, everything worked fine, until the last part of the chapter. The game keeps constantly crashing. I tried to search the internet for solutions, but nothing worked. I've tried limiting FPS, partial usage of CPU, played with graphic setting, but nothing worked. Could you please help out with this problem or provide suggestions on how to overcome it?

Here are the specs of my pc:

Intel i7 7700K

2x Nvidia Titan X SLI (Maxwell)

32 GB Ram

I have the latest Nvidia Drivers (397.31)

I've also attached Dxdiag and ErrorLog.

  • Hey @Virus003,

Sorry you're having this issue with the Campaign.

I don't believe it could be your Hardware causing this issue, it could be the game itself.

Have you tried turning off the Origin In-Game Overlay, if you don't have it turned off already?

Also, as a last resort, have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield 1?

Let us know if you still need assistance.

    Thank you 🙂

I did turn off the Origin In-game Overlay, that was one of the suggestions when I was searching for a solution. I also did try repairing the game, but of no avail. I will try to uninstall/reinstall the game, but since it's quite big, it will take some time.

    @Virus003,

I apologize none of those solutions worked for you.

If it does not work after uninstalling/reinstalling the game, another option would be to contact EA Help via Live Chat, and see if they have any in depth steps that you can take to resolve this issue.

    You can contact them here:

    Thanks 🙂
