Can’t download DLC maps for Xboxone with EA access. It just crashes any solutions?

I personally don't use Origin Access so I might not know the entire program in detail.
As far as I know you can't really get DLCs for the game you don't own. If you got the trial version for the game with the Origin Access then you cant get DLCs.
If you have purchased the game and still can't download DLC then try repairing the game or even reinstalling it. If that doesn't work then try contacting EA Advisor for further actions.
In case you don't know how to get in contact with EA Advisor then simply go to the official EA website https://www.ea.com/ and then go to HELP and there you will see alot of options where you can explain your situation in detail!

Hey guys,
Battlefield 4 Premium is currently included in EA Access (the Xbox equivalent of Origin Access). That includes a majority of the Premium features, including the DLC maps. You should be able to install the separate DLCs and afterwards play the associated maps.
Make sure you have all of the content installed before you launch the game.
