Can I get Full veteran status?

Hello, ive been waiting to Live chat, i'm waiting for 15-25 minutes for advisor...and yeah finally i can chatting...but when he progressing, "Lost connection" i dont know?!!! my Net is fine...no problem...the reason why is disconnect i forgot...it says problem communication,you will transferred to another advisor, But nothing happen..i wait for 30-45 minutes, and no advisor connect to me!! seriuosly? 

the advisor name want to give me full status is "Satyam" i still remember! he says, "Sure i can give u full veteran status, may i know your name and email address?" i give him/her my name and my email...and he/she said to me to wait for a minutes...anndd...i waiting....so i say "how much it takes? is it done yet?" and..he/she says = "sorry for delay...bla bla bla... " and communication disconnect! and nothing happens!

i tired for wait..so i make a thread, pls some advisor PM me or Reply this thread! EA can you just make "EMAIL SUPPORT" for a reliable and privacy like this?

so my problem is = wanna get full veteran status...that's it ...and unlock a weapon for bf3..DONE

    OP have you played any Battlefield games besides Battlefield 3?  I asked because veteran status is calculated by taking the total number of Battlefield games played and subtracting 1 (i.e. if you played Bad Company2 and Battlefield 3 your veteran status would be 2-1=1, if you have only played Battlefield 3 it is 1-1=0 or no veteran status) because you are only a Battlefield game veteran after playing more than one game - veteran status is not dependent on rank in Battlefield 3\4, only the number of Battlefield games that you've played in the Battlefield series so if you haven't played all 11 Battlefield games (some are PC exclusive and a couple console exclusive) you cannot get "full veteran status".

    The easiest way to automatically update your veteran status is to play the Battlefield games while logged in with your Origin account - this will automatically update your status.  The veteran page here http://www.battlefieldbadcompany2.com/veteran is the next best way to update the status manually, for newer PC\Console releases it will automatically update when you hit "refresh veteran status" or play the games while logged in with your origin account.
