Can I play at an internet cafe using my Origin account without buying the game?
Hello!
So, I want to play Battlefield 1, and I know a decent internet cafe nearby where it is installed (with licence and all). However, when I asked if I could play it, the manager told me I need to use my Origin account.
Battlefield 1 is the only game I want to play, and I am actually ready to pay for subscription (btw is it true I need it for bf1?). I am only afraid that Origin will not let me play without having bought the game for myself. So, do I need to buy the game itself to play online on a computer at internet cafe using my Origin account?
Cheers =D
@reactorik Hello,
No, you won't be able to play Battlefield 1 at an Internet Cafe using your EA Account since you don't have the game on the account. Usually, Administrator of the cafe should have special guest EA/Origin Accounts or something like that which you should use to play the game there.
Conclusion is, yes, you need to buy the game itself to play online using your EA/Origin account.
