Can I sell my original game disc?

Hi,

I have sold my original game disc of Battlefield 3.

The person that has purchased it is unable to install the game as it says that the license code is already in use.

Can someone help me sort this issue out. I do not play the game anymore as I have got rid og my desktop and have just a laptop and a tablet.

I have tried to contact customer support but cannot navigate this site very well, seems very confusing to me.

Any suggestions welcome!

    Unfortunately not, CD keys once redeemed are permanently bound to the Origin account under which they were redeemed and cannot be transferred to another account.

    Oh, so once I use the code then that is it? I cannot sell it? Surely that is not a very fair thing. I have sold software and  there has never been an issue, they re-issue a new code, obviously you have to prove that it is an original and not a copy.

    Is there anhy way that another person can use this once purchased?
