can not talk or hesr hear peopme in squad

Ever since buying thus game can't talk or hear teammates in the squad.. have turtle beach PLA headset.. works on every other online game, tried everything. . Not just me but I ask all my friends that have it, saying sound is terrible as in talking or being able to hear teammates. . PLEASE fix this

    Hello @riptbelly!

    Please go into Settings and make sure that VOIP is turned on. You will be able to hear your squad through ingame chat when you turn it on.

    apollo do you take us for complete fools? Hundreds report that VOIP doesn't work
