Can this run BF4?

I was wondering my laptop can run the game. My Specs: CPU: Intel i7- 4702MQ @ 2.20 GHz RAM: 8 GB GPU: AMD Radeon HD 8670M OS: Windows 8 I saw this video of this guy using the same graphics card...
