Cannot connect to an online game on Xbox One

Very frustrated xbox one user, as I only brought the xbox one to play battlefield 4 and I'm still having this problem. Why are you wasting time unlocking "m1911 3x" scope when you haven't fixed the real problem, it says you hope we enjoy the unlock, how am I supposed to enjoy it when I can't even play the game...................? When will I be able to play BF4 without these issues? A speedy response would be greatly appreciated.
I am able to connect to the internet with my xbox one. I can watch netflix etc. but when I go to try and play Battlefield 4 I click on the game type and it starts to load the match then kicks me off and leaves this message "error information. You have lost connection to the session" I called Microsoft and they had me complete a bunch of things and even then it still didn't work. Any other ideas?
same issue here but I'm afraid your asking the black hole tht is ea. I know three people with bf4 on xbone and no one can play online regularily. Think this will be the last version of I buy
