Cannot connect to EA servers in my friends ps4

Question

So i have playstation plus cloud storage in my home ps4 and i saved my game data to the cloud. When i sign in to my friends ps4 i upload the data to the device and turn on BF4. I also downloaded BF premium (but not any other DLC that i have).

When i start the game it announces that "Cannot retrieve battlebacks" and when trying to open muliplayer game announces that it cannot connect to EA servers.

How can i fix this?

I forgot to say that the game is mine. I thought that you can play your game anywhere if you take the disc and log in with your account...?

My own ps4 is set as primary system. So is the problem that you can only access online play in ps plus with your primary console?

Can i deactive my own console and activate it again when i go back home?

My gut instinct says the problem lies with their connection or router.

You could look to ensure router ports are open, see if that helps,&nbsp;http://help.ea.com/en/article/online-ports-for-battlefield-4/

If this is a fairly close friend, plugging their PS4&nbsp;in on your home connection would narrow down potential issues significantly.
