- Hi @ssenseyt Frankly, I did not understand your question well, are you not connected to the Internet on a PC or only to EA games?
It states that I am not online only when I open the Battlefield 1 game in Origin. But I'm online. It also comes with a notification that I need to update the menu, but it cannot be updated because it is not online.
Try to open Battlefield 1, from a location other than Origin
Also, check the onscreen message if you find that your account may have been blocked from accessing Battlefield 1 or updating the password for an ea accountMy problem continues. I get the same error notifications.
Hey @ssenseyt
Please try these steps:
https://help.ea.com/uk/help/pc/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-pc/
I would also recommend trying to Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Thanks 🙂

- @ssenseyt Frankly, based on the error report shown in the image, I did extensive research in several languages about this error and found complicated things that I don't know are useful to you, but reinstalling Windows again is easier than it is.
I hope that if you find a solution to this problem in particular, you will inform us of that so that we benefit from the solution and we can help any other member facing the same problem. My problem was fixed by deleting and reinstalling the game. I made the suggestions here. I also made a file repair. The only solution was to delete and reinstall. Thank you for your help.
- @ssenseyt I think this is a hdd problem. There are quite a lot of bad sectors. I am currently using ssd and I have no problem.
