I cannot disable origin in game at all. I exited the Battlefield, unchecked origin in-game both in game options AND the origin settings itself, but when I press Shift+F1, it still pops up no matter what. It causes extreme lag for me, and when I turned origin off using task manager, game stopped lagging at all (before exiting). Is there any way to fix this?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
I personally have Origin Overlay turned off in the In-Game Options, and the Origin Launcher itself, and since I have it off it does not allow me to access it in game.
Have you tried doing a fresh uninstall/reinstall of Origin?

Clearing Origin cache will reset your Application settings to default.
