Cannot finish unlocking the "RSC 1917 Optical".

I'm have the same issue. I've completed the heals but when I get kills the counter always says 0/15

Hello ZombieMuskrat,

Sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield 1 and trying the assignment again?

Also, make sure you have Premium and/or the They Shall Not Pass DLC installed.
