Cannot log in .... "You must be online when logging in for the first time"

Origin is offline and does not see the internet. I have tried uninstalling Origin and reinstalling and rebooting. I turned off all anti-virus and firewall application sin doing the above. Help.......

A LOT of people say it works. Don't forget to make a back up of the files and to restart your PC when you're done.
