Cannot unlock the MTAR-21 (Multi talent assignment)

Question

HelloI got problems to unlock this assignmment. I am 100% sure I made all tasks in 1 singel round. but none of the kills got registerd.(Got the assignment tracked). So im looking for some help so i can collect my reward and &nbsp;getting rid of this bug. I am a premium user in BF4 if that have something to do with this problem.Looking forward for some answers.//dear regards Oxive

I looked at your battlelog profile here: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/Oxive/assignments/903415418/pc/#xp1as04

You first need to earn 3 anti-vehicle ribbons after downloading the China Rising expansion, and then you need to kill an aircraft with a stinger or IGLA anit-aircraft rocket. After those requirements are met the MP7 will unlock for you.
