Cannot use a wired headset
a wireless headset works just fine but a wired doesn't tryed tow so far and it's the same no sound

On which operating system are you playing BF1? You may have to go to your control panel (Win 7\8.1) or in Win10 your settings app and select the proper device for your headset since it sounds like either the wireless receiver is still selected as your output device.

When you are using the wired headset is the wireless headset and receive completely unplugged from the PC? When you plug the wired headset in are you able to locate it in your sound section of the control panel? If you are I recommend to hit "test" and also properties to see if you can adjust settings to hear via the wired headset.
