Can't access edit profile page on battlefield 4

When I go on battlelog to edit my emblem (I'm pretty sure you do it here:http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/profile/edit/edit-profile/ ) it doesn't work, I see all the regular menus but the part of...

      Me neither, i go to the battlelog page, punch in my details, i've added the plugin, i've tried it on two different browsers IE and GC, Neither appear to work, Kinda frustrating because i cant even update my loadouts on the fly with the app for android and i have the HTC one M8. Stuck with the same Emblem i've had for a long time now.
