Can't buy BF4 error 10049

You need to  contact an Electronic Arts Battlefield 4 technical support agent here:

Pick the device you need help with.
Select the topic your problem falls under, and provide some more information on the issue.
Select 'Live Chat' or 'Call Me' depending on what is available, and what you would prefer.
If you can use call me as it has always been fast when I had to use it.

You missed on one out

Select you title (of game) for example (Battlefild 4)
Then you pic Xbox/Playstaion and PC.
Then you give a little bit of info about your problem like (the error code 10049)
Then it will bring up 4 options (Answer HQ witch is were you are now) (Live chat) (Call me) (Email).

You can use anyone of those 4 at anytime you need help and support.

But if you ever have a problem with you account your better of ringing them. 😉
