Can't change bf3 clan tag

Hello wanted to see if anyone can help with my problem.

I have been trying over the span of the last 3 days to change my clan tag as i recently joined a clan and I wanted to change the clan tag to what it is but the problem is it won't let me change it. I'll put it in and hit save, it will give me the profile saved comfirmation at the top but when it refreshes it has not saved. I have tried using three different browsers: chrome, IE, and firefox and all three of them are doing this. Please someone help i really need to change my clan tag soon.
