Can`t change language in Battlefield 4 EA Games to English from Polish

Hey! Maybe somebody can help me - i bought battlefield 4 in origin, but now I`m using EA Games. Always Battlefield 4 I played in single language - English. But now I can only choose from Russian and Polish..... I don`t understand Polish and Russian. Tried to reinstall the game, delete Polish files, change regedit to en_US but nothing helped - Battlefield 4 or crashed or infinite loading.
I`m looking for somebody`s help

    Hey @theshieldofargus 

    This would mean that the serial number version of your code is only RU/PL. If the game was purchased in that region, we won't be able to change it to English.

    I don`t understang - when I was playing osing origin I was able to choose English in Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1, but now - only Polish/Russian.... What I can do to continue playing these games?

    If the game was purchased in a specific region, it can only be played in the language of that region's serial number.

    Hello, I have got the same issue. Ealier it was possible to change polish to english despite the region restriction. I have called to EA's customer service in Poland and they changed it immediately. Now the situation is ridiculous, namely on the old PC eng iteration exists, on laptop pol language pack exists. Would ypu please change this annoying situation?
