Can't connect to EA servers (PC)

hey guys i have a issue starting up the game when i start the game it starts up normally but after the "personalizing the experience for you" massage it says "connecting" and doesn't connect to the servers only loads the offline menu with big PLAY CAMPAIGN button and GO ONLINE button in the center... i don't know what to do please help this morning i was playing the game just fine then i went out and when i got home this happened... and its not like i have internet issues i played R6s all day since bf4 didn't work
