I just finish the conversation with EA people.
They told me to try this...
"please try to do some match on the B2K match eventhough it doesn't allow you to download."
The error is at ORIGIN. It thinks that the PC doesn't have it.... but it actually does have the B2K files in the installation folder...
if it works, please update... when im home, i'll try it on my PC.

Arrived home, and tried it...
YEAH..... IT WORKS....

ya it works ... just start a b2k match from the browser ,, yes the error appears but then the game starts and you can play
