Cant download BF3 Premium

I have just purchased BF3 premium, but it wont show up in my games to download. The order has been processed and is in my order history as successful but not showing up in origin. I have tried turning my firewall off and reloading my games, reinstalling origin, but nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Im pretty pumped to play this game as soon as possible.

    you should use the live chat or phone support for important problems  https://help.ea.com/contact-us Under product select Battlefield 3, Under Category select Account/Registration, Under Platform select the platform.
    You should see at the bottom Call Me Live Chat, Email Me. Select Either Call me or live chat (whichever one is available)
