CAN't DOWNLOAD BF4 BETA UK

The beta is due for release today but Microsoft/Sony may not have made it available yet in all regions. It is being slowly rolled out, but may take some more time.

There is a chance your account has yet to receive the access. We understand that this can be very frustrating to deal with, please keep in mind if you are not able to get into the Closed beta you should be able to get into the public beta.

Additionally please make sure you are signing into the right account and make sure also that you have met the criteria to be eligible.

i paid for battlefield 3 premium and I should not have to get angry because it is your fault. you should test it before releasing it and my friend has it on ps3 and I don't have it on xbox. he lives on my road

Yes but it was released hours ago and plenty of people in the UK have been playing for hours already. I live near London and have friends, about an hour away from me that are already playing. I have a friend in Ireland that is playing with no problems at all.

Why have you not acknowledged that the majority of your customers that purchased the retail version of Battlefield 3: Premium Edition, are having this problem?

I know that but it shouldn't happen because they should update there database, so it is into one and then it will be easier and I wouldn't have this bluddy problem. has it been fix yet. 4 days early, what the point when you can't play it.

To be honest thats a pretty **bleep**ty excuse due to issues outwith our help , the incentive was to pay to get exclusive Early Beta access , this is how its advertised even to this moment and alot of people have joined as this is one of the perks for them , 

Now for you to just say basically " nah screw it , just wait till open beta coz we cba helping you out" is pretty poor and id be ashamed if thats the attitude this company stands on this ongoing "beta" issues,  

Now i am again in the same situation , no access, paid for premium , one thing that im sure the community would like to know is if there is issues with rolling out BETA access , atleast admit it , put it on a sticky and tell us? Or if there is a "visual issue"" thats been portrayed around or perhaps another problem with servers etc..  Stick them on an ever updating sticky so we as a community are atleast informed and acknowledged. 

PS:  At the end of the day , people are wanting to use this product , its only fair you stick to your end of the bargain when you advertised that we could get in if we bought , we have all bought into it , now hold up your end of the bargain EA/Dice/Whoever is responsible,  atleast take some accountability and we can move on.
