Cant get my BF3 Premium purchase to work.

I have purchased BF3 Premium (see below). Ie. all the expansion packs as I already owned and operated the base BF3 game. I follow the instructions but can find no download links or anything to install the premium edition. I have gone into Origin and hit reload my games and nothing appears. I am at a loss as to what I have bought. This was purchased over a week ago. Help?

When you log into the Origin client on you PC BF3 will appear in the "my games" section.  Right click on BF3 and select download.  After the game completely downloads select play and then Origin will update it to the latest version.  After that is finished it will prompt you to download all of the expansions.  After they download you can play BF3.  Be advised the updating and downloading the epxnasions will take a long time even with fast internet.

Hello. Thanks for your reply.

I have done as you asked and when I go into origin sure enough the BF3 is in the "my games" section. There is no download option when I right click on it however. The options are 'Play" , 'Check for updates', 'Repair install', 'Show game details', Add to Favourites' and then under a line 'hide' and finally 'uninstall'. I tried both check for updates and repair install and nothing. Hit play and it takes me to the battlelog but there are no prompts to download anything. So still lost I think. Please further help is needed.
